Pallavi Trivedi

A journey that began in the narrow lanes of Shivpuri now rests in those Bhopal evenings where a diary's pages and a service uniform sip tea from the same kettle. I am Pallavi Trivedi — I write poems, ghazals, nazms and short stories, and serve as an Additional S.P. in the Madhya Pradesh Police.

Writing is my second breath. In my work you will find the tenderness of nature, the fearless voice of a woman, the innocent mischief of the neighborhood "Pappu", and occasionally a quiet satire about a government file. I write what unfolds around me — and what unfolds quietly within.

"Kuch Ehsaas" is the home of this whole conversation — a corner where my writings have gathered year after year, from 2008 until today. Ghazal or nazm, a small story or a sharp satire — every page is a meeting with readers who don't just read words, they feel them.

Writing always feels like finding oneself… many times, after writing, I find myself a little changed.
