These Terms govern your use of कुछ एहसास (Pallavi Trivedi's personal writing portal) and apply to every visitor, account holder, and buyer.

1. Who we are

कुछ एहसास publishes Hindi nazms, ghazals, kavitas, kahanis and other original literary works by Pallavi Trivedi. Some writings are free to read; some are sold as individual writings or as category bundles ("Premium Content"). All payments are processed by Razorpay.

2. Accounts

You may browse free writings without an account. To buy Premium Content you must sign up with a valid email and phone, verify your email via the one-time code we send, and set a 4-digit MPIN. You are responsible for keeping your MPIN private. Sharing your MPIN may give third parties access to writings you've paid for.

3. Premium Content & licence

When you purchase a writing or a category bundle, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read it on your account. You may not resell it, redistribute it, post it publicly, or use it to train AI models. All intellectual property in the writings remains with the author.

A category bundle grants you access to every writing in that category — including writings added after your purchase.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed by Razorpay; we don't store your card details. By placing an order you authorise Razorpay to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

5. No refunds

Premium Content is delivered instantly on payment and is therefore non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

Don't share account credentials.
Don't scrape, mirror, or republish paid writings.
Don't use the site to harass other readers in the comments.
Don't attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where we do, existing entitlements remain readable for the account owner unless the violation involved fraud or chargeback abuse.

7. Content moderation

Reader comments are moderated. We may decline, edit, or remove any comment without notice — typically for spam, abuse, or off-topic content.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally — material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
