Refund Policy

All sales on कुछ एहसास are final and non-refundable.

Why?

Everything we sell is digital writing — the moment your payment succeeds, the writing is unlocked on your account and emailed-receipted. There's no physical product to return, and we can't "un-deliver" a piece of writing once you've read it.

What this means

• No refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase of the same writing, or "I read it already and didn't like it".
• No partial refunds on category bundles, even if you'd previously purchased some of the included writings — existing entitlements stay yours forever; the bundle just covers future ones too.
• Shipping is N/A — there's nothing physical to ship.

If something genuinely went wrong

If your payment was charged but the writing didn't unlock on your account, or you were billed twice for the same order, write to us at pallavi@kuchehsaas.com with your order ID. We'll verify against Razorpay and reverse the duplicate (or grant access manually) within 7 working days.

For fraud or unauthorised use of your card, contact your bank first and Razorpay's dispute team — we'll cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation.

Cancellations

You can cancel a checkout any time before paying — just close the Razorpay popup. Items stay in your cart until you remove them or complete the purchase.
